In shopping
I was once a recovering addict of VeryJane.com, a daily deal site that looks like it stepped straight out of Pinterest. I was buying so much that I forced myself to unsubscribe from the emails because I was spending… kind of a lot. Now that I’m at a new job, I feel like it’s okay to treat myself every now and then, so I’m back. Now called Jane.com, I highly recommend Jane.com for Pinterest addicts like me. (Shown above, their bauble necklace offering from yesterday.)
In decor
This decor idea comes from Delightfully Noted. Technically, it’s supposed to be for Halloween, but I think it can work for any time of the year, depending on the book passage you decide to blow up and use as wall art. I’d probably choose something from my favorite, “The House on Mango Street.”
In articles
The best series on xoJane is their Recipe of the Week articles, written by Claire Lower. They’re always engaging, fun, visually beautiful, and each recipe looks genuinely delicious. This is one area of the internet where the comment section is fantastic to read, especially if you’re in the market for some new recipes. I especially want to try this “Dunkaroo dip.”
In fashion
I am in love with Mindy Kaling in this lattice cut Mara Hoffman print swimsuit. That is all.
